I have 89 cherokee 4.0 4x4. It starts and runs fine. Turn it off and start it back acts like it is flooded or something. When it does start if you touch the gas it cuts off.

I can drive it forever no problems. Cut it off try to
start it back it spins over alot and when it starts
it takes forever for it to clear up so it will run
right. Then it is fine until I cut it off again. Then
same thing. Pretty much every time I cut it off.
Please help.

May want to check the fuel pressure.
