My 96 chrysler won't start, I can hear the fuel pump kicking on I checked the fuel filter but yet it still won't start. I even put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail it shows nothing. Any ideas?

A fuel pump can stop working in two ways first pump can lose its power from a blown fuse or something electrical in pump has gone bad or something in pump has stopped pumping in other words pump will come on but not pump any gas so if you are not getting any pressure you need a new pump.
