Is there any other way to adjust coil over springs with a spanner wrench

Some of them are adjustable, some are not. You can see the different cam heights on the side of the shock if adjustable, easiest way to adjust is when the shock is fully extended. No spanner wrench you say? Sometimes you just have to use your imagination to accomplish a task without the proper tool. I do it all the time.
