I recently replaced water pump on my 05 ram 5.7L,now it seems like I can't get the air out of the system the heats not working and coolant is being forced out of overflow jug.But it's not over heating

You need to leave the radiator cap of during warm-up to allow the air to work its way out, When the level drops in the radiator, fill as necessary until full, put the cap back on when you are done with the engine running..

Agree with rowefast,if it dont bleed out,may need to check the thermostat.
