Am I eligible to get car

I am green card holder came to united states one month ago so I have no job
right now and no credit line. Can I get used car with 0 down payment and I will
give you monthly installment. I need a car and is critical situation for me. Can
you please help me. I am waiting for your response.

You need a driver's license, you need a job or provable source of income, and you need credit history. Even Americans who have all that have a hard time getting a loan. My suggestion to you is live near public transportation. Contrary to popular opinion the streets in America are not paved in gold.
