Why can't I find any info on my 2000 Lincoln Town Car Heritage Edition?

I am looking for comparisons for my 2000 Lincoln Town Car which is a
Heritage Edition?  I can't find any thing to compare it to.  I can't even find one
that says Heritage.  Plenty of Cartier, Executive, and Signature but no
Heritage.  Why?
