Trying to program keyless remote on my 2008 Chevy express and not getting program keyless remote on the info center

the later models like yours require a dealership or locksmith to program the remote. sorry. a locksmith charged me $50.00 to program three of them for me. I have 2-2003 grandprix autos that I can program by my self thank God.
