2002 Taurus clunking noise on front of car.

Not struts, ball joints or sway bar links.
Most noticeable at low speeds on roads
with expansion joint cracks.

Check the tie-rod ends. They are non greaseable and usually fail around 60-100K.

Thanks for the input. Checked and they are good.

Has anyone experienced clunking noise on 2002 taurus with bad motor mounts or transaxle mounts?
