My 96 f150 was driving fine. We turned a curve and felt like i ran outta gas but needle says halh tank. Tries to crank and i can hear the fuel pump. Any ideas?

So you said the truck cut off and now it cranks but won't start? Locate the Inertia switch and hit the red button to reset the system. See if that works. If not, the it also might be the wiring of that system that is faulty, or maybe the fuel sending unit/float is faulty. Hard for us to diagnose over a forum like this.
