When I drive early in the morning on the high way then exit and come to a stop light my truck powers down and dies but then starts up with no problem in the afternoon? Any answers to what it might be?

Could be but we need more info to help. What year/make/model truck, what engine, fuel injected or carb'd, miles driven, etc.
