Slipping tend to mean the fluid hasn't been changed on a regular basis or is low. Heat is what damages transmissions. You can try a fluid change, but a good bet, it's past that point and time for a rebuild. How many miles on it and when was the last time the fluid was changed?

130000miles and like three years ago

I'm gonna change the fluid on Friday is it ok if I just drive it tenderly until then
