my 2003 chevy impala 3800 has no acceleration between one third and one half pedal after half pedal it comes on hard and I have to let up to shift properly, I have changed the fuel filter and plugs and wires. Any ideas? no trouble lights or codes....

so the other day i moved my 1997 chevy k1500 in my driveway and put my plow on then let it run for a while. I came bacj to it about 30 mins later and it was dead. I tried to crank it but got nothing. after going over everything replacing coil icm ecm crank sensor cam sensor plugs wires complete distributer from cap to oil pump . I have spark but when it it reaches distributer i get no spark to wires. Any ideas? I have never seen this before, im at a loss, please help!! 7 Answers

Changed Maf senor, crankshaft, fuses, spark plugs. fuel filter and ignition modulator and the car starts but only runs about five mins. before stalling. No engine light comes on. No bad codes show up. Can't find any bad hoses. My mechanic teacher has looked and we can't figure it out. I am a student and can't afford to fix much more and nothing I have spent money on has worked so far. I have a ford ranger 1987 2.9L when I press on the pedal it sputters and has no power I cleaned the throttle body it does a little better I changed the spark plugs and spark plug wires but I was wondering if any one would know what I could do to fix this problem? 5 Answers

I also put injecter cleaner in it. it seems like power comes back for a while but goes back to sputtering with harldy any power

I have a 1999 Chevy Blazer, 4x4, 4.3 vortec. We have changed the coil pack, fuel filter, distributor cap and button, the crank shaft sensor, cam sensor and plug wires as well as the ignition control module. We coming to a stop sign it will stall and sometimes when just sitting still. Sometimes it will start right back up and other times it takes several tries. I also have the oxygen sensor on order and it should be here tomorrow. Fuel pressure tested perfectly. No black smoke, no smell of rotten eggs or the cat glowing red.
