I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 with 318 good oil pressure but it has a tapping noise could it be possible that it has broken valve spring?

If not missing and just has the value tap add some ( Lucas Engine Oil Stabilizer ) to your oil tap will go away. Trust me it works seen and heard it for myself. Do not over fill if have to remove a quart of oil from vehicle.

Could be a lifter that is stuck
