Can a drivers module fuel pump be clog ? Causing vehicle to stall, as if no pressure when accelerating.

2001 Ford Expedition, stalling when accelerating( new fuel pump and filters, recent
tuneup, new muffler)

Check air filter and also clean throttle body with throttle body cleaner spray add throttle body cleaner to gas tank then take out on road and hit your passing gear a few times this well clear out the carbon build up. Be careful no speeding tickets.
