Hard to Move from Park to Reverse - How to fix it ?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm finding it hard to move the shift from park to reverse,
and wonder what can be done to improve it, before it gets worse, and more expensive to fix.

Sometimes it seems fine, and sometimes it's hard to move the shifter (?) whatever it's called from park to reverse.
