I have a 98 mustang that came with a v6 a friend gave me a 4.6 out of a 08 f150 would I be able to use the block and heads off of the f150 all other parts will come off a 98 gt 4.6

Yes, but still have a trans for a six cylinder and it may not like the torque of a V8

The 4.6 that came out f150 has tranny on it hopefully I can use it also suspension and rear can come after I get motor in.
