Where is the fan blower resistor on a 2002 Dodge Ram Van 1500?  I keep getting different instructions on where it's at.  Is it under the hood, or under the dashboard inside? thanks...............

The fan blower resistor is located under the hood and the passenger side, about radiator level. The fan only worked on the high setting, I replaced the resistor, and that fixed it.
