Hello I have Pontiac G5 2007 and it is running at around 190 - 205 degrees after warm upAt what temperature should I be alarmed? at what do I need to pull over? Can the coolant system be evaluated/diagnosed effectively??

I have a 1997 Chevy lumina & sitting at an idle it fluctuates, the rpms will go up & down so what could that be?
