are car parts on ebay reliable? I wonder because they are a 1/4 of the price of a retail store. any thoughts?

need coils on plug for F150, trying to stay cheap

actually, I should say i think i need coils. my truck acts like it's bucks or has trouble shifting when going up a hill at a slow speed, if i accelerate fast it doesn't do it, only if i keep steady pressure on gas peddle going up a hill. somebody told me it was a bad coil maybe.
