explain how it works- am i buying from a dealer or an individual- is there a phone #?

I'm not aware of any individuals selling vehicles on this site (I'm a dealer), but I suppose it's possible. When we receive info that someone's interested in one of our vehicles, we receive a blind e-mail address to contact them. It's then up to the customer if they want to provide us with more contact data, like a phone number.
