96 Grand Cherokee, loses spark after warming up,won't star again untill cooled d down?

I'd try a crankshaft position sensor. Do NOT use an aftermarket part, get a genuine Jeep part. This is not a guaranteed fix, but the crankshaft position sensors on these vehicles cause lots of similar problems.
