Question type: General

I used bavarian brand fault code reader on my 1999 BMW Z3:
table 15
A9:motorized throttle(MDK)final stage failure.
44:EVAP system ,purge controle valve circuit.
Car cranks but don,t turn on ,when I turn on ignition humming noise comes from under
hood near windshild on right side witch draws the battery out only while ignition is on.
What do I need to replace?

I'm am not a BMW guy but if I had to guess that noise you hear is your blower motor. Did you check for spark? You could have a fuel delivery issue. You may have a bad fuel pump if you have spark on the plugs.
