I have big power loss at acceleration,worse on slight incline maybe hits 50 IF I punch it if kinda tries to pickup speed and sometimes does. Transmission shifts hard first gear. I hope you can help .

Possible clogged catalytic converter. Remove one of the O2 sensors before the cat in the exhaust manifold and see if it improves the power. This will release some of the back pressure if it is excessive. Also note if your exhaust is getting excessively hot, sometimes glowing red if you have a clogged cat.
