I live in Michigan, its been extremely cold lately. I drove through a huge puddle today tried to avoid it. Now mycar wont start. Where should I start ? Help

Might just need a little time to dry out. That much water up under the hood rarely works out well. A jump start or trickle charger might get you going again, if it still wont start look into the starter or starter solenoid.
