Does the dealership know that there is something wrong with my car? Shouldn't there be a recall on this?

Dealerships don't recall automobiles, Manufacturers do. If you feel that there is something wrong with your car, you can take it to your local dealership do be diagnosed and if the manufacturer has a recall for the issue that they find, they will be able to tell you.
