I have to replace the engine heads in my 98' Chevy Tahoe, the block is good, it has 218,000 miles . used heads or could I buy new ones for it ,keeping the block and top end

Sometimes new replacement heads with valve train installed are cheaper than rebuilding your old ones, especially if the old ones need machine work if warped.
