the idle on a 1985 Ford F 150 XL 302 W carbureted engine I rebuilt the carburetor

it was my first carburetor kit rebuild.it
took me five hours because I really
wanted to replace everything exact.it
runs but I kno im goin to hav to
rrplace carb + intake !! I cant get the
motor to stay on in traffic and it wont
idle bak up wen coming to stop,please
help me understand my ik beautiful

Man, could be so many things. But just want to say IMO Ford's 302 (5.0L) is one bulletproof engine. One of or maybe their best design ever
