Does brake line pressure in a Ford f150 change when the truck is in 4 by 4?

Yep thats it answer to your question. The engine has to work a little harder in 4wd. Hydrologic pressure increases when u push the peddle, which pushes a cylinder that distributes pressure to your calipers. There is more to it but thats the basics
