Just put a new blower in. Heat is coming out, but not like it should. Blower is working good, but not much heat coming out of vents.

What kind of vehicle is it? Compare the old squirrel cage (fan wheel) to the new one. If the old one is larger there's your problem. The new squirrel cage must be the same size as the old one to move the proper volume of air. HTH. -Jim

Ok good. Now check the electrical connections. Some aftermarket blower motors can be wired to spin either clockwise or counterclockwise. Be sure yours is spinning the correct way. According to rockauto.com there were 2 designs for this motor. AC Delco offers a first design and a second design. Don't know what the difference is but I'm sure it's important. Be sure you have the correct design replacement. You'll need the part number off the old one to be sure. HTH. - Jim
