what is this rattling noise coming from my steering wheel?

ford said its my tires that are worn out on
the inside n it makes a humming noise..
well its inside my car in my steering wheel..
it gets bad when im on the highway n it
almost sounds like a loud mosquito in your
ear ... gets louder if i slightly turn the wheel
when its doing it.. any idea if its my tires or
something in my steering wheel?

Shot in the dark..... check the wheel bearings. If you can jack up the front so the wheel leaves the ground, grab it and see if there is play in it. If you can "rock" it a bit, then there's a good chance it's the wheel bearing.
