No heat at all??...does it register on the the gauge? the coolant level ok?... I have seen several things that will cause a no heat condition ....a plugged radiator will cause this by not letting the thermostat close to build heat in the engine by staying open all the time or a broken thermostat ...or a plugged heater core.... also broken doors in the heater box can cause this condition as well...let me know some more info..
