245/70-16 have a sidewall height of 6.75" (171.5mm) and a total diameter of 29.5" (749.5mm) Going to 245/75-16 will give you a sidewall of 7.23" (183.75mm) and diameter of 30.47" (773.9mm) Just about 1 inch taller. You gear ratios will change, a speedometer reading of 65mpg will be a true speed of 67.13mph. Not a huge change. A Bit higher final drive. Higher all gears actually.
