How to change tire on 2011 ford focus

Took lug nuts off and lock nut on center
hub but wheel still won't come off.  What
can I do to get it off.  Tire has a screw in it

what type of wheels does it have, try hitting the wheel while avoiding the lug bolts with a big hammer and the wheel should pop off the hub without removing the center hub nut.
