What's the base of what I need to do?!?

Question type: Car Customization

I own a 1994 ford probe GT. I've
swapped the engine once with the
same 2.5L but these engines are very
problematic. I've been looking into
the old Ford Taurus SHO motors.
From the research I've done I see
that the 3.2L is for an automatic
transmission. I was wondering if
there is a 3.2L v6 SHO in 5 speed?
Also, from what I have learned
recently, the 3.0L SHO fits directly up
to my current 5 speed transmission. I
would like to know if this would be a
somewhat simple swap? I am not
doing the swap myself and I'm a
college student so I am pretty
budgeted haha. Thanks, Kyle

It is not going to be simple, you are forgetting about all of the electronics that will have to be integrated into your vehicle, and it won't be cheap if you are thinking about having it done.
