My 1992 ford f-150 5.0 has gasoline in the oil whats going on?

The engine is running very ruff it wont idle and it is fouling plugs once a week i have changed spark plugs wires distributer and oil it runs better but i can smell fuel in the exhaust and on the oil dip stick and it still doesnt like idleing runs ok at speed 30 mph or better i dont know what is going

Possible leaky fuel injector.
