Yes. Sounds like bad hoses. Hose collapsed internally. Due to hyd pressure from the pedal being pressed the fluid can go thru to the calipers during bleeding but pressure will not release quickly due to obstruction in the hose. Break hose loose from caliper. Did brakes release? If so bad hoses.

To confirm it is the hoses. Pump up the brakes till they lock up. Now take hose loose from frame rail. (Where it attaches to the metal lines). Brakes still locked up? If so remove hose from caliper. What now? Did they release? If so replace the hoses.
