I have a 2005 BMW 545 V8. I'm told the engine may get clogged with Carbon? Will Injector cleaner help me keep it running to 175,000 from 137,000 mile?

How do you drive the car? Highway or city or combined? Injector cleaner will help with the fuel system but not the internally lubed engine parts.
