how does my dealer participate in carguru

Let's say I am a Dealer. I come here and click 'used cars' then "sell my car' then on the top it has an option "Are You a Dealer" ...I click on that, "Add your inventory..." , then register as a dealer.

I’m having trouble getting any response from the seller of a car. It’s a 2005 jaguar located in Tennessee. Seller name Scott
