2000 crown vic interceptor, i have replaced battery, battery cable ends, alternator ,lighting control module,starter celinoid ,fuel pump relay , checked all body grounds , replaced relays i found in the trunk , checked for shorts in wireing harnneses, replaced ignition switch, and all it does is turn over but wont start .....i have no power to the fuel pump , radio , 4 way flashers , trunk pop button or the diagnostic plug. im lost as last years easter egg and starting to smell just as bad ....could it be the power control module . and what does the power control module run power too . please help . thank you,,,

your electrical problems can be solved with a wiring diagram and a test light- it won't start because there is no power to the fuel pump- I feel your pain, but you are lost in Fordlandia, up the Amazon creek without a paddle- the paddle would be a wiring diagram- then start throwing water and you may get somewhere-
