2004 F150 3/4 ton truck starts on its own at 3AM ????

If your truck starts at 3am (the witching hour) "reliably" I would get an old priest and a young priest and see what they think. Do you have a remote starter and a cat? Children who like to play pranks? To me, like Js said, I think it may be the ignition switch. It's not too expensive to fix.
