Brake noise Toyota corolla 2003

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have recently brought my car to a
shop to get my front brake pads
replaced. After about 2 weeks I
started hearing a scraping sound
whenever I started slowing down. I
brought the car back to the shop and
they said they took the brakes apart,
greased everything and it should be
working now.

Now after another two weeks, I hear
the scraping again. It doesn't scrape
at first, after driving for about 10min
it starts scraping when I slightly hit
the brakes.  What could that be?

It could be a clearance issue between the rotor and the caliper or caliper hanger and backing plate, you might have to leave it with a tech so they can catch it doing it right at the time.
