My 1990 Toyota Corolla's speedometer stopped working. Can it be repaired?

It has about 250,000 miles on it. It was working fine before the emissions test.

Is it just the speed part or did the odometer also quit?

16,815 - the above is a legit question; most people might just say the speedometer . There is also an odometer. he wants to know is it the one that tells you how fast your are going or the one that says how far you went or is it both. ONE MORE is it digital (lit up numbers) or analog (a needle and a cylinder that turns)
