2003 Sonoma gmc truck, was submerged in lake. It will rev then die when I try to start it. Is there a relay switch and if so where? Any advice appreciated.

More than likely,its not going to be a relay,your ecm is not water proof and every electronic sensor is not ether.

Not including water in engine,even if you got it to run it probably would not run very long.

It could be fixed,but there would always be something going wrong with it,and the amount of money to get it right,you could buy another one.

Did you check with your car insurance to see if they'll pay under the comprehensive protection.
