My 2007 Nissan maxima ran out of gas and now it doesn't want to start,what can be the problem?

It probably pull trash in your fuel pump.Made need to replace

TopShade meant that you may need to replace the fuel pump but there are indeed other things to check too. From your question he (probably) and I do guess that this d.i.y. may be beyond your skill set. Goes from simple filter to fuel rail, to electrical. Want to try - post again and I will start the discussion and TopShade may be watching too.
