What makes a 1995 GMC Pickup idel high while driving or setting in park? Doesn't do it all the time.

Might check the throttal position senator it might be going bad

Or vacuum leak

Yes I agree on a vacuum leak but you can also adjust the throttle on the carburetor down if its a carbed engiu
