ELECTRICAL PROBLEM 1985 CAPRICE CLASSIC

No power to car starter power windows or radio. Have power to interior lights, headlights,clock. I checked a few fuses seemed good. checked to see if ground to body was good and to alternator.Bought new battery no fix. is there a relay or fuse I shoud look for? can it be the ignition switch. appreciate any info.

I found the problem it was a fusible link located by the starter. The wire had corroded once cut and replaced power restored to everything.
