Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi

Recently my car had a problem with one of the cylinder. I took it to local Garage for
inspection. replaced spark plug and wires and later bottled down to valve

The local engineer suspected there could be problem with valves. so he opened the
engine and here what we have in below picture..

Please suggest what's wrong with valves as I am new and not able make out any
difference.

Please advise me on which of these valves are gone and needs replacement

2nd cylinder in from the right, the light colored valve is bad, but after I greatly enlarged the picture it looked like the head was cracked on the far right cylinder between the large valve and the small valve above it, make sure your tech has the head checked, they will know what that means.
