"My son bought a 2005 Mazda 3 with only 76,000 miles on it. Gave Millennium almost
$9,000 cash (Book Value for car in good, working condition). One hour after purchase,
the engine seized in the middle of the highway nearly causing a horrific accident. They
refuse to repair the vehicle.

take them to court. you have a 14 day like it or return it policy. if you gave em $9,000 and it took a crap on you in the same day then yes you can take them to court and sue them big time.
