You need to get the car in the air on a level surface and have the proper tools to drain the fluid and pump the new fluid in. You check the level with removing the fill plug. The trans has to be warm when you do this. So without the proper tools and working under a car it can be a daunting task. Your best bet is to pay someone to do it. $100-$200. If you really want to tackle this job, search the internet for some pointers and videos on youtube.
