Key stuck in 1980 corvette

Just got some oil and transmission leaks
fixed on it. The first time I drove it I couldn't
get the key out. I then tried to start it again
and it just got stuck in acc and won't move.
Also I disconnected  the battery

Internal failure in the ignition switch and/or linkage. Replace the ignition switch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggRdEH-Wc4s

Ya, you got to pull the ignition switch off and replace it. Not super hard to do, but you need to familiarize yourself with the parts and how to do it.
